Talish Barrow (WSP Co-Founder) earned a BFA in Acting from NYU and the Atlantic Theater Co. Acting School where he later taught and directed numerous productions. Since arriving in Madison, Talish has worked as an instructor/director for CTM Madison Family Theater and UW Madison’s Technology and Arts and College For Kids programs. He has directed staged readings in both seasons of Wisconsin Wrights. He is currently pursuing his MFA in Theater Directing at the UW Madison, where he served as Assistant Director and also appeared in Arabian Nights and URINETOWN: The Musical. He was an Assistant Director for theHansberry Project, The Bluest Eye, A Streetcar Named Desire and Madison Opera’s Madama Butterfly. He recently directed John Belluso’s A Nervous Smile and Timberlake Wertenbaker’s The Love of the Nightingale. Talish is also a co-founder of Wisconsin Story Project.
