Christina Martin-Wright (WSP Co-Founder) holds a Master of Fine Arts in Directing and Dramaturgy from the Chicago College of the Performing Arts and an undergraduate degree in Acting from Northern Michigan University. She is a founding ensemble member of Wing & Groove Theater Company (Chicago), StageQ (Madison), and Wisconsin Story Project. It was with Wing & Groove that she was recognized for Alabama Rain, a production for which she was noted as one of the Top Ten New Directors of the Year (Windy City Times, December 1999).  Since relocating to Madison in 2000, Christina has been seen on stage (Killing Hilda, The Vagina Monologues) and in commercials (Verlo Mattress campaign) and has directed and produced over 20 adult and children’s productions (Twilight of the Golds, Why We Have a Body, You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, The Little Prince). Christina served on the Board of Directors of the Bartell Theater Association as the representative of Madison Creative Arts Program (Artistic Director 2002-2006). In addition to her creative contribution to Madison’s theater community, Christina is a professional fundraiser. She has successfully worked in this capacity for MadCAP, Madison Children’s Museum, and Children’s Theater of Madison (CTM). Christina is currently the Director of Development at CTM. She has been a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals since 2006.
